PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé agrees to fill all orders within the limits of stocks available.

In cases where products are temporarily or permanently unavailable, the you will be sent an e-mail to this effect. You may then either change or cancel your order. In the case of a cancellation due to a temporary or permanent unavailability of products, any payment made towards the order will be reimbursed in the shortest possible time.

By confirming the order, you implicitly agree to accept all the terms and conditions of sale hereto.

All prices are quoted in Euros and include all taxes.

The prices are shown for each item together with postal delivery charges to the address confirmed by you.

PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, we are committed to applying the current rates listed on the website at the time of order.

Orders are payable in euros only.

Payment is due upon confirmation of order. Orders will be dispatched upon confirmation from our bank that payment has been received.

The online payment facility only accepts credit cards handled by Paypal, the online payment system that serves as interface for all transactions.

All orders are despatched by La Poste, the French postal system. We process orders immediately upon receipt of confirmation of payment.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery.

As an indication, the usual time for delivery, provided by La Poste, is:
France: 2 days
Europe and North Africa: 3 - 7 days
Rest of world: 5 - 9 days

Delays in delivery shall not give rise to any penalty or compensation nor justify the annulment of the order.

Under French law, you avail of a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. For reimbursement of any sum paid, the goods shall be returned to PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.

The client shall bear all return costs.

All risks with regard to the products sold by PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé are transferred to La Poste when handed over for despatch.

If products are not received in accordance with the order or if they prove to be defective, they will be replaced. Return costs in this case shall be borne by PDG & Co. - Le Jardin Retrouvé.

A purchase invoice may be sent upon request, although the receipt of the transaction effected through PayPal should normally serve as sufficient proof.

Any issues regarding these terms and conditions of sale and the sales they govern, which are not covered by these contractual provisions, will be subject to French law to the exclusion of all others.

Any dispute concerning the application, interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
